SA-TECH Senior VP/COO, Geoff DeZavala, presents Dr. Mary Retterer, President of Cerro Coso Community College, a check for $4,000 to support the establishment of a new two-year pre-engineering program for mechanical and electrical engineering students.

SA-TECH joined with three other local businesses to sponsor the program in the hope that it will increase the local applicant pool for engineering positions. In response to the donations, Dr. Retterer, stated, “This partnership is a marvelous example of local business stepping up to help provide for their own future and for the future of our young people.”

Cerro Coso Community College is located in Southern California in the Kern Community College District.
