Largo, MD, August 1, 2011 – The United States Navy has awarded a contract for the operation and maintenance their Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar (ROTHR) system to the Raytheon / SA-TECH Team.

The ROTHR system includes the Operational Control Center system, transmit and receive systems, all subsystems, shelters, support facilities, facilities systems and related subsystems on a 24/7, 365/366 days/year basis.
