Program: Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Facilities Operation
Customer: Naval Surface Warfare Center – Carderock & Hueneme Divisions
|

| Provide VTC Operations and Conference Room Support, including Audio/Visual (A/V) support, for both the Carderock and Philadelphia sites
Manage day-to-day operations of a secure, digital, full-motion VTC facility, including developing and maintaining systems and facility records, generating reports, and providing equipment maintenance
Responsible for opening/closing the VTC facility and powering up and powering down the VTC equipment, roll-about teleconferencing units, and control systems
Provide VTC user training, respond to user inquiries, provide information and assistance on VTC upgrades to COR, and demonstrate VTC systems to designated groups |
