26 November 2025. SA-TECH’s prime contractor, Altus Technology Solutions was awarded a 10-year contract to deliver Operations, Maintenance, and Support Services at the Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR). The Altus and SA-TECH Team have supported the efforts of MAFR since 2021.  MAFR is a Primary Training Range (PTR) accommodating multiple types of air-to-surface, surface to air, and ground training. MAFR consists of 70,010 acres and contains target arrays, Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) sites, landing zones, dudded and inert impact areas, threat simulators, weapons scoring systems, and provides Service Class A and C range capabilities. MAFR supports all DoD and non-interfering civilian agency training requirements. This is a 10-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a ceiling of $175,000,000. We are honored the Altus Team was selected by the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron after a highly competitive process. With performance continuing through November 30, 2035, this award enables our Team to support the MAFR mission for the next decade.
