10 August 2026: Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) has been reawarded the Test Wing Instrumentation (TWI) Support Services Contract at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, to continue providing comprehensive technical and engineering support to the Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL). SA-TECH has proudly supported this mission since 2015, and this award reflects our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable support to the U.S. Navy.

SA-TECH will continue to provide technical, engineering, supply, administrative, program analysis and management, and facility contractor support services. These efforts support the design, development, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and evaluation, calibration, modification, operation, and maintenance of aircraft and uninstalled engine instrumentation.

SA-TECH’s support will benefit the U.S. Navy, other government agencies, commercial customers, and foreign government customers, providing critical instrumentation expertise in support of aviation test and evaluation requirements.

Work will be performed primarily at Patuxent River, Maryland, with additional work at locations throughout the continental United States.

This is a 5-year, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a ceiling of $113.1M expected to be completed in September 2031. The contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside, with six offers received.
